Limited Treatment Service: These service programs are for customers who do not want a long term prevention service commitment and are willing to accept the risks.

Seasonal Perimeter Pest Program: This program is on-going and starts each year in March. The service is monthly through November service is the suspended until March of the next year. This is a limited treatment option for Solving most common occasional invaders during the season.

Monthly Pest Prevention Program: This program includes all aspects of the Seasonal Perimeter Pest Program with Rodent Control and Year round monthly service. If there is ever a covered problem between services we will take care of it at no additional charge.

Termite Treatments:

Sentricon Termite Colony Eliminations System: This is a Dow AgroScieinces Product that eliminates the termite colony through a baiting process. This Product has won a Presidential Green Chemistry award. Sentricon Video

Termidor Chemical Termite Treatment: This is a non-repellent chemical treatment that allows for limited inside treatment with a full exterior labeled treatment.

Non-repellent treatment allows termites to come in contact and forage through treated zones affecting more termite and stopping their activity. Termidor Video

This program takes care of all pest and termite control problems covered by our Monthly Pest Prevention Program and Sentricon Termite Colony Elimination System.
