Extermital Guarantee

There's nothing we want more than for you to be completely satisfied and pest-free. This is why we guarantee the quality of our work and why we have a process to make sure that happens. If you have a concern about your service, please take a moment to read through this so that you'll understand we're here to help and how you can move forward in addressing your service concern.

The Extermital Service Guarantee:

Extermital Termite and Pest Control, Inc. will work hard to make sure you are completely satisfied with your pest control service. However, if you are not satisfied with our service, please let us know, in writing, within 30 days of the initial service. Writing your concern insures there is no miscommunication and that there is documentation for reference by you or us should a question about it arise later.

Once a written concern is received, we will schedule to meet with you (at no additional charge, of course) to discuss a solution to the problem. Once we've agreed on a solution together, we'll implement that solution promptly. If within 30 days of the agreed solution being implemented you are still not satisfied, notify us in writing and we will refund to you the last service fee. A refund by Extermital will result in cancellation of any and all service agreement promises and/or obligations by both parties.

What's not covered by our service guarantee:

We do not guarantee against present or future damage to buildings or contents from pests. Only our service itself is guaranteed. Our guarantee only covers the pests and the service area we've been contracted to treat.
