How it works

Instead of using gallons of chemicals, Sentricon® outsmarts termite's by using their natural behavior against them!

Termite colonies near enough to threaten your home are baited using an irrisistable compound that they take back to the colony and share with the others. The tasty snack isn't good for them of course, so over a short time the entire colony is eliminated.

*Why does Extermital also offer chemical treatments if baiting is so effective?

There are instances where it's not possible to use baiting, in which case your Extermital professional will recomend a chemical treatment instead.

Installation

Most foks are surprised to hear that such an effective termite elimination system is nearly invisible and requires no drilling in floors or foundations, no tanks of solutions, no digging or trenching, and no scheduling hassles. Instead, a trained Extermital technician will:

Inspect your property for signs of termites
Place Sentricon® stations in the soil around your home
Monitor the stations for termite activity
Bait the stations if activity is present, which eliminates the colony
Continue monitoring the Sentricon® stations for more activity
